Operational Costs: In the event that content created during the podcast is removed or taken down from any social media platforms or other distribution channels as a direct result of my statements violating the platform's rules and regulations or a result of brand protection, I agree that I may be invoiced for any operational costs incurred in the creation of said content. This includes, but is not limited to, production costs, marketing expenses, and any other related expenditures.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations: I agree to comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the social media platforms and distribution channels used for the podcast. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in the removal of content and potential liability for associated costs as outlined above.

Consent to Release: I hereby grant Arcanum Ventures the right to use my name, likeness, and any content or statements made during the podcast for promotional or any other business purposes.
