Arcanum sees one major gap in Futurent’s business model around securitization of the digital asset. There seem to be some workarounds, but Futurent may benefit to address these concerns with a long-term contingency plan around future regulations around digital asset classifications.

There are some other concerns mostly centered around the following:

• Marketing and content
• Early token distributions
• Roadmap and development milestones

Based on our analysis, Arcanum recommends gaining clarity on a number of issues that have yet to be addressed in the early stages of this startup. Tokenization of real-estate assets and business models structured around revenue redistributions are an incredible way to utilize digital assets. It’s important for investors to understand exactly what they are buying and how their investment may be affected in a niche of current uncertainty.
